Is my resort suitable?
Any resort is suitable. Whether you have two B&B rooms, 50 hotel rooms or 250 campsite pitches, selling activities is always a valuable service to your guests.
Do I have to pre-purchase tickets?
No, you can buy tickets directly from our database. These tickets all have real-time availability so there is no risk of double bookings.
Is the system user-friendly to less tech-savvy staff?
Yes, our system is designed to be extremely user-friendly. All staff should be able to use the system easily.
Can I reach someone if a problem arises?
Our experts are available 24/7 in the rare case anything happens.
Are refunds available for my guests?
We use the cancellation policy from the specific partner, these vary per product and can be found in the information section of each activity.
